At A&R Styling, we are committed to delivering a seamless, elevated styling experience. By securing your booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and initiate the design process. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 7 days prior to your event.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your selected date for all bespoke floral designs and arrangements. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once this deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled collection or delivery date.
For all curated, bespoke floral orders, we kindly request a minimum notice period of 3–5 days to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Orders placed with less than 3 days’ notice will be subject to a £20 rush fee and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will require full payment. Where possible, we will aim to accommodate rescheduling requests, however this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
3. Design & Amendments
Each event is carefully curated to reflect your vision. Any changes or amendments must be requested at least 7 days prior to your event. Additional changes may incur further costs depending on the scope.
4. Set Up & Collection
Set up and collection times will be agreed in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely and suitable access to the venue. Any delays outside of our control may result in additional charges.
5. Hire Items & Responsibility
All hired items remain the property of A&R Styling at all times. Clients are fully responsible for the care of all items from delivery through to collection. Any loss, damage, or misuse will be charged at full replacement or repair value.
6. Venue Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any venue-specific rules, restrictions, or access limitations. We are not liable for any impact these may have on the final setup.
7. Liability
While we take the utmost care in delivering our services, A&R Styling cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage once the setup has been completed and handed over.
8. Styling & Creative Control
We pride ourselves on delivering a luxury, cohesive finish. While we work closely with your vision, we retain creative discretion to ensure the highest standard of styling is achieved.
9. Content & Marketing
We reserve the right to capture imagery and video content of our work for portfolio and promotional use. Should you wish to opt out, this must be requested in writing prior to your event.
10. Agreement
By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
